Edikan Ondiok is a results-driven Legal Practitioner, Designate Compliance Professional (DCP), and Programme Coordinator at the Detainees Welfare Foundation (DWF), with over five years of post-call experience spanning corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial litigation. She is recognized for her strong record in safeguarding corporate interests through effective risk management, strategic legal advisory, and courtroom advocacy. Beyond her legal and compliance expertise, Edikan is deeply committed to social impact.
Through her work at DWF, she plays a key role in designing and coordinating rehabilitation-focused programmes that support detainees, promote access to justice, and advance human dignity. Her contributions extend to educational outreach, welfare initiatives, and empowerment projects that improve the quality of life for underserved communities.
Edikan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021 after completing her training at the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus. In 2024, she became a member of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria, further strengthening her expertise in compliance and risk management. Her core competencies span corporate governance, development of internal control frameworks, contract lifecycle management, and dispute resolution before Courts of Record in Nigeria.
